It was a lot of fun working with Michael Krumm, an expert in his field as well as an excellent communicator in three languages—he was able to guide me through the creation of numerous diagrams in the book (over 50 in total) that describe braking or acceleration points and lines of entry and exit on track. I had a free hand in the design and a supportive publisher in Steve Small at Icon.
